Somerville's chapel organ was the last instrument to be designed by Arthur Harrison. Although the organ advisor was none other than Albert Schweitzer, the founder of the 'Orgelbewegung', it is very much a Romantic instrument. The programme will include works by Bach, Mendelssohn, Boëllmann and Elgar as well as a surprise item (see the poster).
